Orbit Snap — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Orbit Snap mobile game (Android package com.lysofttech.orbitsnap and the iOS app with the same bundle identifier) developed by LYSoft Technologies ("we", "us"). Orbit Snap is free to play and supported by advertising.

1. Summary

We do not collect, store or share any personal data ourselves. The game has no user accounts and no sign-in. Your scores, coins, unlocked items, settings and daily-challenge history are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game. The advertising and analytics services from Google described below collect some information automatically.

2. Information stored on your device

High score, best perfect streak, coins, owned skins and palettes, sound, music and haptics settings, and your daily-challenge results are saved in the app's private storage on your device. This information never leaves your device through anything we operate.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

Orbit Snap shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. Depending on your consent and device settings, AdMob may collect:

This information is used to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and — only if you consent — personalise the ads you see. Google's handling of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.

4. Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics

We may use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played so we can improve it. It collects an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system information, and in-game events such as "game started", "score reached" or "ad watched". It does not collect your name, e-mail address or contacts. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

5. Your choices

6. Children

Orbit Snap is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Data security and international transfers

We do not operate servers for the game. Data collected by Google's services is processed by Google under its privacy policy and may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, or to request portability. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests concerning data collected by Google's services should be directed to Google via the links above; we will assist where we can. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
